01. How far is Orange Panda from Brisbane Airport?
We're at 733 Nudgee Road, Northgate — approximately 5 minutes drive from both the domestic and international terminals at BNE.
02. Are all bays really undercover?
Yes — 100% of bays are fully undercover. No sun, no rain, no bird surprises while you're away.
03. How does the free car wash work?
Every stay includes a complimentary car wash. We take care of it while you're travelling — your car will be clean and ready when you return.
04. Do I need to book or can I just turn up?
Booking online is strongly recommended to guarantee your bay and lock in the current rate. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
05. How do I get to the terminal?
We provide a free shuttle service to both the domestic and international terminals. Just let us know your flight details when you book.
06. What if my flight is delayed?
No problem — we monitor flight arrivals. Your car will be waiting for you regardless of when you land. Just contact us if your return is significantly delayed.
07. Can I leave my electric vehicle on charge?
Yes — we have dedicated EV charging bays. Your vehicle can charge while you fly and will be ready to drive home when you return.
08. Is the car park staffed 24/7?
Yes — Orange Panda is staffed and monitored around the clock, every day of the year.
09. What if I lose my booking confirmation?
Head to Manage booking and enter your details to retrieve your reservation at any time.
